2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the phroyal Platform. This age requirement is consistent with applicable Philippine regulations governing casino-style gaming. phroyal strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Age Verification: phroyal will verify your age as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at phroyal's sole discretion.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The phroyal Platform is intended for use by individuals located in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of phroyal complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. phroyal makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the Platform.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from phroyal or from any other gaming platform through a recognized self-exclusion program are not eligible to register or maintain an account on phroyal.
2.5 Employees. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of phroyal and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on phroyal. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phroyal reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3.3 KYC Verification. phroyal is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, or Ph ilHealth ID); a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your Philippine address; and a selfie with your ID. phroyal reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phroyal username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phroyal will never ask for your password through any channel. You agree to notify phroyal immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3.5 Account Ownership. phroyal accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phroyal accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency networks. Available payment methods may change from time to time at phroyal's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. phroyal aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. phroyal reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the phroyal Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. phroyal is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.6 Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. phroyal does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any such deposits may be returned and the associated account suspended.
5.1 phroyal may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. phroyal reserves the right to modify wagering requirements for ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phroyal employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and colluding with other players. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
5.4 phroyal reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
6.1 All bets placed on phroyal are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Game rules are available within each game interface and in phroyal's Help Center.
6.2 Finality of Results. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the phroyal system, it is final and binding. phroyal will not reverse a bet on the basis that you changed your mind or made an error in selection, except where a manifest technical error on phroyal's part can be demonstrated.
6.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phroyal reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. phroyal's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Suspicious Activity. phroyal reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other form of cheating or manipulation.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phroyal Platform:

8.1 All content on the phroyal Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of phroyal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phroyal content.
9.1 phroyal collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 phroyal implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage practices.
9.3 phroyal may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by applicable Philippine law.

11.2 phroyal does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phroyal shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
11.3 phroyal's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phroyal account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 phroyal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phroyal reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have provided false information; or (d) it is necessary to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
12.2 You may close your phroyal account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.3 phroyal reserves the right to retain transaction records and account data for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phroyal's internal dispute resolution process. You may contact our support team to initiate a formal complaint. phroyal will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phroyal's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.1 phroyal reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phroyal will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the phroyal Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
